- Weekend Note: Orders placed on Friday afternoons, Saturdays, or Sundays will be processed the following Monday.
- Holiday Schedule: Processing may take an extra 24 hours during major sales or holiday seasons.

Tracking Your Order
The moment your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your LEDs every step of the way until they reach your doorstep.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address! We cannot be responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged Items: If your package arrives looking like it went through a car wash without the car, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
